Shipping policy

Orders are packaged and shipped within two business days from the time they are received. We partner with USPS, UPS & Fedex to find the lowest shipping rate for your order. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier's records to update before you begin tracking your order.

If your shipment includes a pre-order item, we will communicate with you the lead time and give updates so that you always know the status. If your order includes both in stock and pre-order items, we will ship out the pieces that we have on hand immediately, and the rest will ship separately as your items become available. 

Free local pickup is available to those in or around the Twin Cities metro area. Please use promo code LOCAL or choose Local Pickup at checkout to apply free shipping to your order; we will then reach out via email to arrange a pickup time. Local orders must be picked up within 7 business days of ordering. If you need expedited pickup, please email hello@strangerandco.com or text 320.333.7881 and we will do our best to accommodate whenever possible. 

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the buyer. Stranger & Co. is not responsible for stolen, damaged, or delayed packages or the replacement of lost orders that were submitted with incorrect delivery information. 

Stranger & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by third party carriers, including lost, stolen or damaged packages. If this is the unfortunate case with your order, you will need to address the issue directly with the carrier.
