At this time, all Stranger & Co. purchases are final due to the small batch and handmade nature of the majority of the products we carry. All "pre-order" and "made to order" items are final sale and nonrefundable. Of course, want you to be fully satisfied by your purchase and will strive to fix any issues that may arise. As a small business, we are so grateful for your support and can make exchanges when small or reasonable. If an exception is made, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you select Pick Up at checkout and the order is not collected within 45 days we reserve the right to return the item to inventory without offering a refund (we will remind you prior to this!).
