Khamsa Card
The limited edition Amulet series embody the mysteries of relics and customs of antiquity, including Ancient Greece and Rome, North Africa and the Middle East. Combination foil and emboss stamping by third generation New England craftsmen, on post-consumer American vellum paper. Worthy of being framed after gifting!
To the Phoenicians, this hand represented Tanit, the goddess of the lunar cycle. In time, her hand became a protective amulet in its own right, used to ward off the evil eye. The Khamsa also represents blessings, power and strength, and is still widely used as a protective talisman.
